Together with MetaCare, we created Sirene, a platform for coordinating ambulance dispatches, teams, vehicles and operational response times.
The challenge
Reducing the time between a dispatch and care requires visibility across the entire operation. The control center needed to follow teams, travel and resources without relying on scattered information.

A mobile app and web platform connect dispatches, ambulances and teams while recording response time, route duration, fuel usage and hours worked.
